We are open every day, Monday to Sunday, from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
How far is it from Liberia airport?
About 15 minutes by car from Daniel Oduber International Airport in Liberia (LIR). It is a good stop for breakfast or lunch before or after your flight.
Where to have breakfast in Liberia, Guanacaste?
At El Amanecer Liberia breakfast starts at 7:00 a.m.: Gallo Pinto El Amanecer (₡4.950), Premium Tico Breakfast, omelettes, Cowboy Eggs, American Breakfast and Fruit Bowl, always with specialty coffee. Prices and photos on our menu.
Do you serve brunch in Liberia?
Yes: Tostada El Amanecer, Caprese Toast, Chicken & Waffles Benedict, crepes (Dubai, Nutella and Red Berry Cheesecake), Vanilla & Caramel Waffle, Pancakes with Fruit & Maple, and French Toast with Fruit.
Do you have specialty coffee?
Yes. We serve Don Lucas coffee from Tarrazú, honey process, as espresso and hand-brewed: Vandola (the traditional Costa Rican clay-vessel method), Chemex, V-60, French press, AeroPress and cold brew.
Do you accept cards and US dollars?
Yes. We accept credit and debit cards, and cash in colones or US dollars.
Is there parking?
Yes, free and secure parking at Plaza Santa Rosa.
Do you have vegetarian options?
Yes. For example the Jungle Veggie Burger, the Caprese Toast and the Fruit Bowl; they are marked as vegetarian on the menu.

Yes, prices include 13% VAT. Dining in adds a 10% service charge; pickup and delivery do not.
